SHIPPING: We proudly offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all of our products. If you would like a faster method of shipment please contact us for a quote. In MOST cases we ship within 48 hours of your order, depending upon the availabity of the particular product(s) that you have ordered. If circumstances mandate that the shipping time will be more than 48 hours, we will notify you via email. We ship to the continental United States. For shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, please call or email us for a quote on shipping fees. We do not ship to Canada and overseas at this time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: In the event of an incorrectly ordered item, for a prompt refund or exchange, please keep your invoice and call to obtain a return authorization number. If its necessary to return merchandise for a refund or exchange, all merchandise must meet the following conditions: 1. Returned in original packaging 2. Returned to us within ten (10) days 3. Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise 4. Enclose a brief letter of explaination of dissatisfaction All return items must be in NEW condition. (example, clothing that has not been worn and has original tags attached, a tree stand that is unassembled) Examples of products that will be refused are; used or worn clothing and footwear, a riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm, a Leupold optic without the shrinkwarp around the original box, any bubblepack item that has been opened, etc. Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum. Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge. ALL merchandise must be returned prepaid - CODs will not be accepted. Customers receiving a package damaged in transit should immediately contact the appropriate carrier (USPS, UPS ect) to file a claim using the package tracking number. We will not accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. If the product is defective, see the manufacturer's warranty list for return instructions. BACKORDERS: In the event that an item you ordered is backordered, you will be contacted immediately and you will have one of the following options: 1. We will notify you how long the expected item will be backordered. If it is only several days, you can let us know if you would like to wait. 2. If it is a longer time period, you will have the option to continue waiting and we will provide you with an estimated time. 3.. You may substitiute another item for the backordered item at which point any price differences will be calculated. 4. Receive a full credit on your method of payment (credit card, Paypal ect).
