Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it usually take to ship my item?

In MOST cases we ship within 48 hours of your order, depending upon the availabity of the particular product(s) that you have ordered. If circumstances mandate that the shipping time will be more than 48 hours, we will notify you via email. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States. For Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote.

3. What if I have a question about my item or order?

We can be contacted by clicking on the email link on the "Contact Us page" or by calling us at 412 292-8615.

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

A claim must be made with the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx ect).

5. What if I receive an item and then change my mind?

Items may be returned in accordance with the guidelines on the "Shipping And Returns" page under the "Returns And Exchanges" section.

6. What if my item is backordered?

If an item that you have ordered is backordered you will be contacted by us immediately with an estimated date of arrival and you will then have one of the following options:

    A. Wait for your item to restock.

    B. Substitiute another item of your choice for the backordered item and we will calculate any price differences.      

    C. Request a credit on your method of payment for a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping costs.

7. Do you sell my information to other websites and solicitors?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Your information is kept private and solely for our purposes of fulfilling your order, processing payment, and shipment.

8. What if an item that I would like to purchase is NOT available on your website?

Simply contact us with your request and we will do the best that we can to acquire the item from one of our suppliers, if at all possible.
